Seafood Directions is a support company to the Seafood industry, sourcing supplies and developing systems to aid processors/fishers and marketers, and is located on Queenland's Sunshine Coast, Australia.
The company has two divisions, one where Seafood Directions undertakes consultancies in the areas of developing food safety and quality assurance systems, process/product developmentation, marketing and training. The second supplying packaging and processing aids including Cartons, Plastic Bags, Coolant Gels, Chemicals and Zydox.

In 2001 Craig Winkel, Director of Seafood Directions, won the Queensland Quality Management Award, and was a finalist at the Australian Seafood Awards. He is a licenced QSA Food Safety System facilitator, and is a member of the Associate Australian Institute of Food Science & Technology.
